Marine coastal locations are particularly challenging, with salt water and wind combining to form one of the most hostile building environments. RNLI sites tend also to be environmentally and ecologically sensitive. We have worked on a number of buildings for the RNLI: it is an honour to work with these extraordinary and dedicated people, often constructing while having to maintain an operational lifeboat or hovercraft. Additionally, working in some of the most beautiful locations in the country is always enhanced by being able to get an ice cream on a site visit!
We have designed new Lifeboat stations or extended existing stations at many loactions including; Southend, Hunstanton, Shoreham, Clacton, Walmer, Lowestoft, Kinsale and Wexford.
